For The Beginners
In order to ensure that you safely progress into our regular CrossFit classes, CrossFit Valve offers an elements program for beginners. During this class, you will be able to practice safely and efficiently the foundation movements of CrossFit. Following that, your coach will assign you a workout of the day (WOD), which is a circuit aligned with the introduced foundational movements. So kick-start your fitness journey now towards a healthier and happier life.

Whether you are a beginner, a fitness enthusiast, or an athlete, we will ensure that you get the most out of your experience training at CrossFit Valve. Regardless of your fitness level, all members are able to perform our workouts at varying degrees of intensity. With the continuous support and motivation of our coaches, and your consistency in attending classes, you will promptly become stronger and fitter.
Our CrossFit program is divided into strength and performance classes. We offer 15 classes per week with a 15 athlete cap which will give you grater attendance flexibility and coaching quality. Members can design their training program to include a strength and/or performance session per day. In the strength class, you will begin your training with dynamic stretching which will prepare you for minor and major weightlifting movements. The coaches will assist you in loading and improving your barbell cycling. The aim of the strength classes is to focus on the correct weightlifting technique and movement execution to help you gain greater agility and speed.
Similarly, in performance classes you will begin with dynamic stretching then progress to skills and technique training. Along with the coaches, you will work on increasing your range of motion all while avoiding muscle imbalances, and you will prepare for the WOD with the best possible form.
